Cameron - 'no decision' on Minister for Cornwall.

I've had an admirably quick response from David Cameron's office in response to my inquiry about their plans to create a 'Minister for Cornwall' (see earlier post). In it, they confirm that

'no decision has been made on this'.

So that seems to confirm that it really is just an election gimmick.
