A quick post to note that today is the start of a monumental week of meetings at County Hall. Each day there is a meeting of a scrutiny committee looking at a different aspect of the budget for next year. First up is the Communities Scrutiny, which covers things such as housing, leisure centres, libraries and community services. It is the Committee on which I lead for the Liberal Democrats.
I'll post again with some notes from the meeting later today.
