Hackney Council, the non-existent candidate and legal threats

This is a fascinating story concerning Hackney Council's actions after their decision to exclude the election address of Tory mayoral candidate Andrew Boff from the booklet sent to voters before the election in May.

It soon escalates to misinforming voters that Mr Boff was not a candidate at all, legal threats and secret taping.
